Once items are in transit, please reach out to your local usps for further information on package delivery or location.

Please have tracking number available when reaching out .

 

Any damages caused to items during the transit is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Please reach out to them to start a damaged Item request so they can Reimburse you for the items.
