Refund policy

Returns are only valid if the item is received damaged.

Damaged requirements are : Ripped, or Water damage From Weather.

Buyer must reach out to seller within 24 hours of receiving item to issue a return request .

Buyer must include pictures of damages to the item , including any damages made to packing material while it was in transit. 

Any Damaged items that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery will not qualify for return or refund. 

Once we receive the report we will reach out within 24-48 hours to let buyer know if report was approved or denied for a refund or replacement. 

if refund is approved, buyer will need to return the original item to the address provided to them so the refund or replacement can be processed.
